Employee in Work Preparation (m/f/d)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain articles, parts lists, routings and documentation in the ERP system
- Production-compatible structuring of assemblies in coordination with the design and manufacturing departments
- Load production orders in quantity and time according to the sales orders.
- Monitor and maintain current production orders with regard to changes to the associated documentation
- Processing of change requests and customer requests
- Support for the optimization of subassemblies
- Collaboration in make-or-buy decisions and definition of optimal lot sizes
- Completion reporting of production orders incl. cost monitoring
- Central contact person for questions regarding production orders (quantity and time structure)
- Identification of deviations and cooperation in the implementation of measures to rectify the causes of errors
- Communication with internal departments (especially order processing, purchasing, design, production and finance
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Technical training or studies, or corresponding professional experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the manufacturing industry of complex products
- Good technical understanding (metal processing technologies, precision mechanics, electronics, pneumatics)
- Experience in production planning with ERP systems (preferably Navision/MS Business Central)
- Quality and solution-oriented, precise and independent way of working
- Commitment, inventiveness and ability to work in a team
- Good MS Office skills
- German language skills (min. C1) and English language skills (min. B2)
