Strategic/Technical Buyer (m/f/d)

Handling the entire procurement process, from the inquiry and order placement to delivery date tracking and inventory monitoring in the ERP system
Managing complex procurement scenarios such as make-or-buy, interlinked external
production, multisourcing, Kanban, consignment, safety stock, etc.
Negotiating the best possible prices and framework agreements, taking into account
demanding technical requirements and quality standards
Close collaboration with suppliers to ensure medium to long-term requirements and
technical quality parameters
Researching new suppliers and actively managing the qualification process based on
technical requirements
Carrying out supplier evaluations and tracking the agreed measures (supplier development)
Proactive action and, if necessary, coordination and escalation in the event of supply
bottlenecks
Processing complaints and returns in cooperation with internal departments
Delivery note/invoice control, price maintenance and inventory participation
Close coordination with production, warehouse, work preparation, development and finance
Data analysis and preparation from procurement
Contributing to monthly and annual financial statements

Technical training or studies with additional commercial qualification or corresponding professional experience
At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the manufacturing industry of complex products
High technical affinity (metal processing technologies, precision mechanics, electronics, pneumatics)
Excellent experience with MS Excel and ERP systems (preferably Business Central)
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English (min. C1)
Flexible and solution-oriented
Ability to work independently and high reliability
Very good negotiation skills, as well as an independent and committed way of working
