Tasks and responsibilities:
- Developing corrective actions, solutions and improvements of products and processes and in cooperation with internal teams
- Developing and implementing quality control systems
- Keep record of quality issues and follow-up
- Reviewing and changing the existing processes to assure high quality products and efficient working methodology
- Creation, Maintenance, Improvement and Automation of Internal Quality Documents
- Monitoring and analysing quality performance
- Improve data management and data analysis
- Support quality director with ISO 9001 management system and other tasks
- As contact person for quality you communicate with customers directly
Requirements and qualifications:
- Successfully completed an engineering degree, preferably in Quality with Mechatronics, Electronics or Mechanical background
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Your focus is on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
- Good communication and management skills across various departments
- Basic programming background or ability to work with excel advanced features and VBA, python is a plus
- Enthusiastic about understanding technical details
- Highly methodical mindset
- Good in task management and prioritization
- High proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written
