Intern in Service & Repair (m/f/d)
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Organizing and maintaining service documentation and records
- Supporting the team in optimizing workflows and internal processes
- Supporting customer communication (email, phone, or in person)
- Creating and updating service reports and technical documentation
- Assisting with the coordination of service tickets and follow-up measures
- Scanning, archiving, and managing digital files
- Learning and assisting with the basic diagnosis of electromechanical systems (training will be provided)
- Supporting our skilled workers and engineers in diagnostic, maintenance, and repair procedures
- Documenting repair procedures, service reports, and process changes in collaboration with the team
- Supporting the development of technical documentation, checklists, and internal guidelines
Requirements and qualifications:
- Currently enrolled at a university or technical college (preferably in the fields of business, engineering, or related fields)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach to work
- Interest in technical systems is a plus—no prior knowledge required
- Fluent English is required; German is a plus
