Accounting clerk for accounts payable (m/f/d) – Part time 20h/week

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Checking, assigning, and posting incoming invoices
  • In consultation with the internal departments, you will clarify invoice approval and ensure smooth account reconciliation and cost center verification
  • Checking, assigning, and posting travel expenses
  • Processing open items
  • Account reconciliation
  • Administrative support for the finance team (master data entry and maintenance, general administrative tasks and project work, etc.)
  • Collaboration/support with monthly and annual closing tasks

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial vocational training or vocational training as a tax clerk and several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Good knowledge of Datev and MS Office
  • Strong affinity for numbers
  • Good German skills and basic knowledge of English
  • Independent and reliable way of working as well as quick comprehension
  • Good resilience and ability to work in a team
