Intern in Service & Repair (m/f/d)

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Organizing and maintaining service documentation and records
  • Supporting the team in optimizing workflows and internal processes
  • Supporting customer communication (email, phone, or in person)
  • Creating and updating service reports and technical documentation
  • Assisting with the coordination of service tickets and follow-up measures
  • Scanning, archiving, and managing digital files
  • Learning and assisting with the basic diagnosis of electromechanical systems (training will be provided)
  • Supporting our skilled workers and engineers in diagnostic, maintenance, and repair procedures
  • Documenting repair procedures, service reports, and process changes in collaboration with the team
  • Supporting the development of technical documentation, checklists, and internal guidelines

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled at a university or technical college (preferably in the fields of business, engineering, or related fields)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach to work
  • Interest in technical systems is a plus—no prior knowledge required
  • Fluent English is required; German is a plus
