Klemens Reitinger
Klemens joined ERS in 1992 after his graduation from the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna (Austria). He’s been with the company for more than 30 years, and is today our CTO, in charge of research, innovation and product development.
He’s the inventor of the AirCool® family of ERS Thermal Chucks and owner of many patents in Fan-Out Wafer Level Packaging manufacturing equipment, with more than 10 years of experience in thermal debonding and warpage adjustment. In his spare time he enjoys hiking and motorcycling in the Austrian Alps.

Laurent Giai-Miniet
Laurent is the CEO of ERS electronic GmbH, and is in charge of our Sales, Marketing, Applications and Business Development team.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, and has held leadership positions in renowned companies such as Texas Instruments and Infineon, as well as in high-tech start-ups. Laurent has an MBA from the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises of Aix-en-Provence (France), is the father of 5 children and an avid skier.
Joshua Zhou
Joshua joined ERS in 2018 and is today Vice President of ERS electronic and Head of the ERS Great China Region, based in Shanghai, China. He has more than 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, has been Vice President in two different IC design companies, and has over 10-year Sales & Marketing Development experience from Texas Instruments. Joshua has a Bachelor Degree in Electrics Engineering (EE) from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Master Degree in EE from Tsinghua University. He is a hiking amateur.

Sebastien Perino
Sebastien joined ERS in 2020 as Key Account Director and Quality Director. He has more than 15 years of experience in the semiconductor testing industry, most recently working as Technical Director (including Quality department) in a Probe Card company’s European subsidiary. Sebastien has a French Engineering degree from Ecole des Mines d’Ales as well as an International Master degree in Automotive Engineering from Chalmers University in Sweden.
In his free time, he enjoys running, hiking, skiing, or scuba diving in warm waters.

Bernd Krafthoefer
Mr. Krafthoefer is ERS America’s Sales and Marketing Director. With over 20 years of sales experiences, Mr. Krafthoefer has held worldwide sales and marketing positions with Texas Instruments, Diodes Inc., ams AG and Active-Semi (now Qorvo). For 20 years, Mr. Krafthoefer successfully drove product roadmaps, enabled worldwide sales teams on new products, managing customer accounts and overall product life cycles. Mr. Krafthoefer graduated with a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Lübeck, Germany. In his free time, Mr. Krafthoefer likes to do road cycling.

Regine Beckmann
Regine is our Regional Sales Manager for Europe, Japan and SEA. With more than 17 years of sales experience for materials and machines for the semiconductor industry, she joined ERS in 2018. Regine holds a master in Business Administration from the University of Cologne (Germany). She is the mother of one child and enjoys horse-riding and other outdoor activities in her free time.
Sophia Mee-Eun Oldeide
Sophia joined ERS as our PR and MarCom manager, after having finished her Bachelor in Business Administration at Lancaster University. She grew up in Oslo, Norway, and has lived in four different countries before settling down in Munich. In her free time she enjoys hiking, learning new languages and reading.

Elke Schirmer
Elke has been our Head of Sales and Order Processing since 2012, and has worked with sales in the electronics and semiconductor industry for more than 20 years. She has a Bachelor in Foreign Trade, and has extensive knowledge of automotive and environmental standards from the time she worked as a Quality Management Consultant.
