Prober Integration and Sealing
Our thermal chucks have been integrated in many different probers from numerous well-established companies
Description
A properly cold sealed prober is a basic requirement for thermally reliable and frost-free, deep cold automotive probe and device characterization.
Typical temperatures range from -40°C to -60°C while a corresponding lower dew point needs to be maintained consistently in order to prevent frost and/or ice build up.
ERS offers this service for most production probers, on-site and off-site, with an exceptionally fast turnaround time.
To date, we have sealed hundreds of 150/200/300mm analytical, semi-automatic and automatic probers at customer sites.
Pricing on request.
