Employee for incoming goods inspection and warehouse logistics (m/f/d)

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Goods receipt and incoming goods inspection incl. measurement and testing
  • Goods labelling, storage and stock control
  • Picking and subsequent internal transfer
  • Stock movements posting in ERP system
  • Picking and packing of shipping orders
  • Ensuring efficient warehouse management
  • Processing of complaints and returns

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Completed training as a precision mechanic with experience in incoming goods inspection and the willingness to familiarise oneself with the processes and procedures of warehouse logistics or completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification with distinct experience in incoming goods inspection
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Good technical understanding, reading, and understanding of production drawings (construction drawings) advantageous
  • Practised handling of mechanical measuring equipment desirable
  • Commercial understanding and good IT skills as well as confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Good knowledge of SAGE Classic Line or other ERP systems
  • Committed, independent, reliable, and team-oriented way of working
  • Good knowledge of German and English
