Temporary help in the Human Resources department (m/f/d)

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support in administrative processes from entry to exit as well as applicant management
  • Administration and maintenance of employee data
  • Administration of our time recording system
  • Support in the expansion of our personnel management system
  • Collaboration in HR projects and university marketing

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Independent, accurate and reliable way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • Good knowledge of German and English
