Production Engineer (m/f/d)

Interface between our R&D department and Production
On-site production issue solving and tracking and reporting to respective project stakeholders
Design new processes and provide methods for the improvement of existing ones
Reduce variability in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and standard parts
Design fixtures and tools for assembly tasks
Improve production efficiency with automation
Generating production documentation such as assembly and test instruction

Successfully completed an engineering degree, preferably Production related
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Good communication and management skills across various departments
Basic programming background or ability to work with excel advanced features and VBA
Basic experience with CAD software, preferably CREO
Enthusiastic about understanding technical details
Highly methodical mindset
Good in task management and prioritization
High proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written
