Manager Final Test (m/f/d)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Technical management of the final test department
- Organization and implementation of system testing of our electrical/electromechanical systems
- Evaluation and documentation of test results
- Error analysis and initiation of corrective measures with the relevant departments
- Direct coordination regarding prioritization of individual orders with the production manager
- Compliance with the defined work processes
- Support and participation in the optimization of machining processes in cooperation with the production manager
- Direct coordination with the production manager regarding the prioritization of individual orders
- Creating risk assessments and reporting faulty equipment
- Ensuring the safety training of subordinate employees
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Successfully completed training in an electrotechnical profession
- Preferably a degree in electrical engineering/electronics
- Many years of experience in the testing of electronic/mechatronic systems
- Customer-oriented, independent and responsible way of working
- High organizational skills, exceptional quality awareness and commitment
- At least 3 years of management experience in various teams
- Very good MS Office skills
- Good communication and management skills across different departments
- Enthusiasm for technical details
- Distinctive methodical, systematic way of working
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
