Junior Office Manager / Junior HR Assistant (m/f/d)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Operating the switchboard and the entrance door
  • Welcoming and hosting guests as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and distributing it in the building
  • Supervision of the coffee machines and water dispensers
  • Ordering office supplies, materials and equipment, including invoice processing
  • Running errands
  • General office administration and organization
  • Support at events
  • Maintenance of lists and overviews

Human Resources:

  • General administrative tasks from onboarding to offboarding
  • Screening applications, posting job advertisements and general correspondence with applicants
  • Maintenance of the personnel management system
  • Support in the expansion of our HR system
  • Assistance in the area of personnel development
  • Support in the preparation and follow-up of payroll accounting
  • Conducting research and analyses on HR topics
  • Participation in HR projects

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • First professional experience in the commercial field is desirable, also beginners are welcome
  • Organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, and strong communication skills
  • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
  • High service orientation and a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • Flexibility
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • Good knowledge of German and English
  • Class B driving licence (old class 3)
