Working student / Intern Human Resources (m/f/d)

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support in all administrative and operational activities along the entire employee life cycle
  • Participation in the entire recruiting process
  • Support in the expansion of our personnel management system
  • Assisting in the organization of training courses
  • Carrying out research and analyses on HR topics
  • Participation in HR-Projects

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Studies in the field of economics, psychology, pedagogy, or a comparable course of study
  • You must be enrolled at a university for the entire period of the internship
  • Ideally, first practical experience through internships or working student activities, preferably in the human resources field
  • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and flexibility
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
