Working student / Intern Human Resources (m/f/d)
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Support in all administrative and operational activities along the entire employee life cycle
- Participation in the entire recruiting process
- Support in the expansion of our personnel management system
- Assisting in the organization of training courses
- Carrying out research and analyses on HR topics
- Participation in HR-Projects
Requirements and qualifications:
- Studies in the field of economics, psychology, pedagogy, or a comparable course of study
- You must be enrolled at a university for the entire period of the internship
- Ideally, first practical experience through internships or working student activities, preferably in the human resources field
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Good MS Office skills
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
