HR Assistant (m/f/d)

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks from onboarding to offboarding
  • Screening applications, posting job advertisements and general correspondence with applicants
  • Maintenance of the personnel management system
  • Support in the expansion of our HR system
  • Collaboration in the area of personnel development
  • Support in the preparation and follow-up of payroll accounting
  • Supporting the definition, further development, and implementation of HR processes
  • Participation in HR projects (job fairs, organization of employee events, …)

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or completed studies in personnel management, economics, psychology, pedagogy, or a comparable course of study
  • First professional experience in the HR sector desirable, also beginners are welcome
  • Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
  • High service orientation and a pronounced hands-on mentality
  • Ability for teamwork and flexibility
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
