Customer Service Representative

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Independent work with the ERP system: entering orders, preparing offers, creating shipping documents including invoicing and database maintenance
  • Shipping management, customs declaration, commissioning of forwarding agents
  • Coordination of delivery dates with the production management
  • Continuous tracking of orders and control of the delivery status
  • Project management
  • Prompt response to incoming customer correspondence
  • Updating and maintenance of the order list
  • Supporting Controlling.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial education/training and at least 10 years of professional experience in an industrial company, semiconductor industry an advantage
  • Profound knowledge in order processing, focus on export processing
  • Many years of experience in dealing with customers from the Asian region
  • Good knowledge of Incoterms
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Independent and structured work
  • High customer orientation
  • Strong internal and external communication skills
  • Enjoy working with technically sophisticated products in an international environment
  • Reliable, flexible and a good decision maker
  • High resilience and team spirit
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, Chinese language skills are an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
